The Adventure Begins!

RV Park Lots/Spots For Sale

Traveling in an RV and soaking in the beauty of the country is great, but those daily, weekly, and monthly lot/spot rental stays can start to add up fast. Not to mention, if you have pulled the trigger on going Full-Time in your RV, it can be handy to have a home-base to come back to from time to time, receive mail at, or to put on your drivers license.

Whether you are part-time, full-time, or some-times and own an RV, it just makes sense to eventually own your own RV spot/lot at some point, even if it’s just going to be used for vacations a couple months out of the year to escape the big cities noise.

If you are ready to pull the trigger on buying a RV spot/lot somewhere and need help finding a good deal in the area you want to be in or near (U.S. State/City), contact us to inquire about our liaison service.

At no cost to you, we will leverage our resources, associates, partners, and contacts to find you the best deal on your new RV home-base.

Questions and Answers

How does this liaison service not cost me anything?

Great question!

It’s simple, really… All the RV parks and resorts looking to sell RV spots/lots will be at a cost to you already. We don’t want you to have to pay one penny more than you have to. We simply leverage contracts with RV parks in our networks to find you the best deal.

Do I buy from you or the RV park selling the lot/spot?

You will be dealing with the RV park selling the lot/spot directly. We simply do all the research for you, identify the best deals, present our findings to you, and ultimately, you choose the RV park/Resort. We then put you in touch with the authorized park agent so you can ask more questions, do further research, and make your purchase, when ready.

It’s that simple.

How much does an RV spot/lot/park cost to buy?

It really depends on the area and property you are looking at. Generally, the closer to the ocean, attractions, and shopping you are, the more expensive the property will be. You also have to take the size of the property and local economy into consideration.

For instance, on a sliding scale, you can find:

  • RV spots/lots (In an RV Park) – $7k to $150k+
  • RV spots/lots (Boondocks) – $500 to $10k+ per acre
  • RV Park (Multiple RV spots/lots) – $15k to $1m+

Note: Most (Not all) RV spots/lots in an RV park are managed by an HOA (Home owners association), which have a monthly fee to keep the park maintained and serviced. They may also have other rules and restrictions.

How much does an RV park/spot cost to just rent instead of buying?

It really depends on the area and RV lot/spot you are looking at. Generally, the closer to the ocean, attractions, and shopping you are, the more expensive the property will be. You also have to take the size of the RV spot/lot and local economy into consideration.

You can find RV spots/lots for as low as $5 per day / $25 per week / $125 per month and as high as $150 per day / $650 per week / $2.5k per month. It can get expensive renting versus buying a lot/spot outright and just having to worry about yearly property tax and potential HOA fee’s.

Note: If you need something cost effected, check out our list of RV parks all over the U.S. for less than $350 per month.
